Do I need to understand blockchain?
No. You'll use a web dashboard just like any other software. The blockchain is infrastructure, like how you use email without understanding SMTP. Your investors won't need to understand it either.
What blockchain do you use?
We use enterprise-grade blockchains optimized for securities (primarily Polygon and Ethereum). The choice depends on your specific requirements, but you don't need to worry about the technical details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade security with encryption at rest and in transit. The blockchain provides an immutable audit trail, and all systems undergo regular security audits.
Legal & Compliance
Will my lawyer approve this?
Yes. We use standard securities structures (Reg D, Reg S, etc.). We provide documentation for your legal review. Many lawyers have already approved our structures. For complex cases, we also connect you with our partner legal counsel network covering 10+ jurisdictions.
Is tokenization legal?
Yes. Tokenization is just a technology for securities that already exist. SEC Reg D, Reg S work the same way. We ensure full compliance with applicable regulations in every jurisdiction we operate.
What jurisdictions do you support?
We support US (SEC-regulated), UAE (VARA, ADGM, DIFC), EU (MiCA), Cayman Islands, BVI, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and more. Our legal network covers 10+ jurisdictions.
Investors
Will my investors trust this? They're traditional finance people.
They see a professional portal, familiar documents, clear ownership. The blockchain is invisible to them unless they want to see it. Many of our clients have traditional family offices and HNW investors.
What about my existing investors?
We can migrate them. Import your cap table, send them portal invitations. They verify identity once and they're in. The transition is seamless.
Can investors use crypto to invest?
Yes, they can invest via wire transfer OR stablecoin (USDC, USDT). Traditional investors use wire, crypto-native investors use stablecoin. Both work seamlessly.
Platform
Can I white-label / brand it as my own?
Yes. Your investors see YOUR brand, not ours. Custom domain, logo, colors. It looks like your own platform.
What if I want to stop using the platform?
Your data is yours. Export cap table, investor list, documents anytime. No lock-in. We believe in earning your business every month.
How do distributions work?
You fund the distribution wallet (fiat or crypto). System calculates pro-rata based on ownership. One click to distribute. Investors see it instantly in their portal with full audit trail.
Pricing & Timeline
Is this going to cost me $500K to set up?
No. Full platform launch from $15-50K depending on complexity. First deal live in 4-8 weeks. Ongoing costs are $1-3K/month.
Do you take a percentage of my raise?
No success fees. No percentage of raise. Your upside is your upside. We charge flat fees for setup, per-deal, and ongoing support.
How long until I can launch my first deal?
Typically 4-8 weeks from kickoff to live platform. This includes discovery, setup, testing, and soft launch with initial investors.
